All data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting occurs via MyNE, a highly secure, encrypted portal served by the Amazon Web Service (AWS). Your data is accessible only to authorized administrators of Next Element, and to certified Next Element trainers with whom you are working.
Beyond Next Element authorized administrators, your data can only be viewed and analyzed by the trainer or trainer team identified when you were invited to complete the profile. If the person who ordered your assessments is not a licensed Next Element trainer, they will not be able to view your individual results. For example, if you have been asked to complete the DRA by your supervisor or HR representative and they are not NE certified, you will receive your results directly and they will not be able to see them.
Credit Card processing is completed via Stripe, a global, reputable and secure third-party processing service. Next Element does not store any credit card information.
